All these songs have connections to the movie Sakuran (Confusion), which Ringo was the music director for, and which Heisei Fuuzoku was heavily influenced by. "Karisome Otome" was released prior to this as "Karisome Otome (Death Jazz ver.)" exclusively on iTunes Japan on November 11, 2006; the version on the single is instrumental. The smaller text following the track names is the 'official' English translation. Onkyo and Hitokuchizaka refer to recording studios; Onkyo House is known for mixing both jazz and popular songs. back to Ringo Shiina |
